Monique Henley

Founder & CEO

Monique Henley is a seasoned real estate leader with over 20 years of experience driving the sourcing, development, and asset management of more than 11 million square feet of real estate projects nationwide.

As Head of Lendlease’s East Coast development platform, she directed a $2 billion development portfolio and led a cross-disciplinary team of 20+ development, design and construction professionals in delivering high-quality assets.

Previously, she held leadership roles at Rockefeller Group, where she led residential and mixed-use developments across the Southeast. At Deutsche Bank, Monique focused on the development and structuring of real estate and infrastructure commingled funds.

A respected industry voice, Monique has served on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York Housing Council, mentors through ULI, and is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate.

Our founder held leadership positions at notable development firms including Rockefeller Group and Lendlease. During her tenure, she led signature condominium, multifamily, mixed-use, office and life science projects in U.S. gateway markets on behalf of institutional investors Ivanhoé Cambridge, Mitsubishi Estate Company, Aware Super and Daiwa House. This expertise and track record serves as the foundation for Eternum.

The Riverie . New York . Lendlease

Developed by Lendlease and Aware Super, The Riverie is New York State’s largest multifamily geothermal project—an 834-unit, 788K ft² mixed-use community on a 2.6-acre site along Brooklyn’s Greenpoint–Williamsburg waterfront. The all-electric project will deliver 30% affordable housing and target LEED Gold, Fitwel, and WEDG certifications. With its reimagined waterfront esplanade and climate-resilient, wellness-focused design, The Riverie sets a new standard for sustainable urban living in New York City.

Claremont Hall . New York . Lendlease

Developed by Lendlease with LMXD and Daiwa House, Claremont Hall is a 42-story, 355K ft² mixed-use tower rising within Union Theological Seminary’s Morningside Heights campus. The Robert A.M. Stern–designed building includes 165 luxury condominiums and 54K ft² of academic space. Featuring a historic refectory repurposed as a pool, resident lounges, a gym, and creative studios, the LEED Gold and WELL-certified project blends modern amenities with gothic-inspired architecture—setting a new benchmark for sustainable, contextually rooted urban living in Manhattan.

Forum . Boston . Lendlease

Developed by Lendlease and partner Ivanhoé Cambridge, Forum is a 355K ft² life science development at Boston Landing. With a cutting-edge 60/40 lab-to-office ratio and highly flexible floor-plates, the project strengthens Allston/Brighton’s position as a hub for innovation. Featuring a public café, art gallery, community spaces, a rooftop terrace, and a landscaped plaza, Forum pairs world-class lab infrastructure with a mission to foster collaboration—establishing a new benchmark for Boston’s life sciences landscape. 

1072 West Peachtree . Atlanta . Rockefeller Group

Developed by Rockefeller Group with Taisei USA and Mitsubishi Estate New York, 1072 West Peachtree is a 60-story, 1.1M ft² mixed-use tower in Midtown Atlanta—the city’s tallest building in more than three decades. The project will deliver 350 luxury rental residences, 224K ft² of Class-A office space, and 6,300 ft² of street-level retail. Offering world-class amenities including a spa, concierge, valet, smart building technology, and Midtown’s largest outdoor deck, 1072 West Peachtree sets a new standard for inspired living and working in Atlanta. 

40 West 12th Street . Atlanta . Rockefeller Group

Delivered by Rockefeller Group in partnership with Selig Enterprises, 40 West 12th is Rockefeller Group’s premier residential development in Atlanta—a 16-story, 154K ft² condominium tower with 64 luxury residences.
